How the network holds together.
We run the lanes that need running ourselves and partner where a partner gets cargo there faster. Either way, every shipment stays on one custody chain, scanned from end to end and auditable by default.
Our people, our vehicles, our responsibility.
Ten regional hubs run by TransGlobal staff, 24 hours a day. Our couriers wear our uniform, drive our vehicles and report to a regional ops lead, not a contractor pool. That is the difference between a shipment that goes right and one that slips through the cracks.

Every handoff is scanned and timestamped.
Pickup, line-haul departure, hub arrival, sort, out for delivery and the doorstep handoff each create a scan. Those scans reach a tracking page that goes live the moment you book and can be shared in one click.
No polling, no calls to support, and no “please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.” We allow zero gaps in the custody chain.
10 hubs, one custody chain

No hub selected.
Partners where they’re faster, custody either way.
Outside our owned coverage, established last-mile carriers take the final leg. The handoff follows the same rules as every other scan.

A sealed unit, scanned out and scanned in
Partner handoffs happen at our hub. The truck may change colour, but you still see who is moving your cargo at every stage.
One record, whoever drives
Partner scans land on the same tracking page as ours, so the custody chain stays visible from your door to theirs.
Need a lane we don’t run yet?
Tell ops where and how often.
Proof of every delivery, on the record.
Compliance shouldn’t mean a scramble at quarter end. The evidence is captured as the cargo moves, so it is there when you ask for it.
- Geo-verified proof of delivery
Every delivery records where it happened, alongside the signature and photo.
- One-time code at the door
Optional for high-value parcels: the recipient confirms a one-time code before the courier hands it over.
- Audit logs on request
Your compliance team can ask for the full scan history of any shipment.

Need the network on a specific lane?
Tell us where the cargo starts, where it’s going and how often it moves. On weekdays we quote service the same hour.
